Andreas managed to start from very vague requirements for a test harness framework, in close collaboration with me, to come up with a working prototype, based on a very extensible framework, which he both designed and built. In the course of his work he scientifically contributed

• a Process Pattern Catalogue, which will prove a valuable resource for future Project Managers and Coaches,
• an analysis of component anatomy, related to black-box testing of components.

The thesis is well written, he continually integrated comments and remarks I had and managed to present a very readable and concise work within all time limits.

After a convincing presentation today, I would recommend giving a 1.0 grade. Initially I thought of 1.3 for the thesis work, but today he managed to convince me to improve this assessment by 0.3.
